HOW DO I BOOK A GAME?
Please book your experience on our Booking Page, or come in the store to book in-person. For corporate team building events, shoot us an email or visit our Groups & Events Page.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WITH US?
This will depend on how many people are in your group! If a room has capacity for 8 participants and there are only 4 in your group, then 4 spots will remain available for other groups to book. If you want your group to have a private experience, check the “book entire Breakout Room” box at checkout to assess a fee of $10 per available spot!
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Starting your group on time is very important–it helps keep us on schedule all day. Please give yourself some extra time to park and get signed in by arriving about 15 minutes earlier than your start time. Games will begin exactly at your start time. We are unable to wait if you are late, and you may have less than 60 minutes to play if you are not on time. Metered and free street parking is available around our building. After 6pm and on the weekends, the city parking lots surrounding our building are free to use!
HOW DO I PAY?
The easiest way to pay for your experience is online – during the booking process. We also accept bookings in-person, where you can choose to pay with cash, credit card, or debit card. To book a special event or large group (more than one room) visit our Groups & Events Page.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGER PARTIES AND EVENTS?
Absolutely! You can either book through our main Booking Page, or email us directly to rent our facility for your party or corporate event. Visit our Groups & Events Page for more info, or email us to receive a custom quote.
AM I REALLY GOING TO BE LOCKED IN A ROOM?
The short answer is no; that doesn’t sound safe or legal! You will be in a room with a locked door, but it is equipped with an exit button and you are free to leave the room at any time.
CAN I BOOK A BREAKOUT ROOM FOR A DATE NIGHT?
Of course! Breakout rooms are a popular date night activity. If you book a room as a couple, there’s a good chance you will be paired with another group, which is a fun way to meet new people. Because our rooms are made for larger groups, they’re a great option for a group date night activity, too!
HOW LONG IS EACH GAME?
Most games are 60 minutes (the Orphan is 80 minutes) though we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience for preparation and 5 minutes after to debrief and take pictures to commemorate your victory (or defeat!)
IS THERE AN AGE, SIZE, MOBILITY REQUIREMENT?
Each room has a minimum of 2 players, we do not allow single players. The maximum is different for each room. Players 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Call about any accessibility questions – each room is different!
CAN I BOOK WITH MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
Of course! We suggest designating one person to place the booking for your entire group. You could have each person book their own spot, but all rooms are first come, first serve. It’s possible another group books some of the spots available in your experience before all members of your party have had a chance to book!
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All our ticket sales are final. However, we will always work with you to reschedule your booking for a later date or convert your ticket to a gift voucher for you to use or pass along.
